All orders are shipped by UPS. We do not have a minimum order amount, but please be aware that shipping on small orders may not be economical.
We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Many orders ship the same day. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes or APO. Certain discounted shipping incentives/promotions may not apply to Alaska or Hawaii addresses. We do not add special packaging or handling charges on shipments with the exception of glass and some large items that incur extra UPS costs. Products that are defective due to manufacturers’ defects can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. If we are shipping an additional item due to our mistake, you will not be charged additional shipping.

We strongly suggest purchasing an ice pack with liquid yeast. Ice packs do not last forever, but will minimize the time that the yeast is warm. All the yeast we sell is fresh. While yeast may arrive warm, the occurance of yeast failure is very minimal. We can not replace yeast on the mere suspicion of heat damage
