We reserve the right to delete or cancel any order we suspect may be an attempt to defraud our company. We will also not allocate any time communicating with, or researching for, any order or request we suspect as fraudulent.

Some signs of possible fraud attempts include but are not limited to:

Orders shipped to addresses other than the billing address.

Quote requests for special order items in large quantity.

Quote requests for products not related to our industry.

Requests for pallet orders to be picked up by an unfamiliar freight company arranged by purchaser.

Requests for orders to be picked up by, or sent to, a freight forwarder or transfer stations.

Refunds will not be given until it is confirmed by that bank that the card used is not stolen or used in a fraudulent manner resulting in non-payment or a chargeback to this company.  This process can take up to 30 days.

 

We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Many orders ship the same day. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes or APO. Certain discounted shipping incentives/promotions may not apply to Alaska or Hawaii addresses. We do not add special packaging or handling charges on shipments with the exception of glass and some large items that incur extra costs. Products that are defective due to manufacturers’ defects can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. If we are shipping an additional item due to our mistake, you will not be charged additional shipping.

If you have an item that needs returned, or have a question about a return, please contact us at (412) 821-2337. Please do not ship anything to South Hills Brewing/Country Wines without contacting us first. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns. No Refund will be given on cancelled pre-orders or special orders. Items that were shipped with a “Free Shipping” promotion will have the original shipping deducted from the refund. Products that are defective due to manufacturers’ defects can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you have provided an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable shipping address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

After 30 days, if you have merchandise held and have not picked it up, no refund will be given.

The following are not returnable: a) items damaged by misuse or alteration b) items without original packaging c) ingredients d) cut hose e) special order items.
